Kevin Bobier

Kevin Bobier is Vice President of L-3 Communications – Nova Engineering, a prime contractor in Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C3ISR) systems, aircraft modernization and maintenance, and national security solutions. His career of more than three decades reflects his commitment to the design, development, marketing, and sale of specialized communications systems. Mr. Bobier’s role in his company’s business development has resulted in exponential growth, leading to gains of 400% over a five-year period. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Ken Feldmann

Mr. Feldmann is Executive Vice President of Pulsar Technologies, Inc. and Ohmart/Vega Corporation. Pulsar Technologies is an investment holding company with a diverse portfolio of investments and operating companies that design, manufacture and market measuring devices, wireless sensors, process control systems, and other products to industrial companies. His responsibilities include Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Legal and Administration. Previously, Mr. Feldmann was a Partner with Deloitte and Touche. In addition to his role on NLign’s advisory board, he serves as outside Director on numerous local for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including Xtek, Inc., Richard Goettle, Inc. and Lighthouse Youth Services, Inc. He has a BS degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

Clint Schertzer

Clinton B Schertzer, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Marketing at Xavier University. He has served on the Xavier faculty for more than 20 years, teaching graduate business courses and seminars in the areas of marketing research, consumer behavior and strategic marketing planning. His experience spans a broad spectrum of industries including service, retail, industrial, health care and financial organizations. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Youngstown State University, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
